Pam is a Powdersville native, a graduate of Clemson University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing, and has been an involved member of the community her entire life.
She grew up on her family farm, which was a working dairy with over 200 cows known as Merritt’s Dairy. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Anderson County Farmer’s Market, as well as the Board of Directors for the Pickens County YMCA, and is chairperson of the Membership Committee.
Pam began her professional career upon graduating from Clemson in telecommunications and information technology with Southern Bell, and through her years as an Account Manager for various companies, has always maintained her “customer-focused, customer first” attitude. She also owned and ran Rose Hill Plantation for many years, which was her working organic, hydroponic strawberry greenhouse and farm store.
Her farm experience makes her uniquely qualified to help anyone in the market for or selling farmland, whether it be a hobby farm or ranch. She has a passion for real estate, and her lifelong area residency, paired with her energy and enthusiasm, enhances her clients’ experience as she is dedicated to ensuring their satisfaction.
